Choosing a plan

Section titled “Starter ($29/month)”Best for stores with straightforward shipping needs:
- A few zones with flat or tiered rates
- Simple rules (free shipping thresholds, hiding methods for certain destinations)
- Occasional use of the AI prompt box
Pro ($79/month)
Section titled “Pro ($79/month)”Best for stores with complex shipping requirements:
- Many zones or subzone targeting (metro vs. regional)
- Surcharge and discount rules
- Shadow mode for safe testing against live traffic
- API integration with other systems
- Migrating from Advanced Shipping Rules
Enterprise ($199/month)
Section titled “Enterprise ($199/month)”Best for high-volume stores and technical teams:
- Unlimited everything
- MCP server access for AI-assisted management
- 10 API keys for multiple integrations
- 365-day version history for compliance
- Priority support
What happens when you downgrade
Section titled “What happens when you downgrade”If you downgrade to a lower plan:
- Existing entities are not deleted. Your methods, rules, and groups stay as-is. You just can’t create new ones beyond the lower plan’s limits.
- Shadow mode is deactivated if the new plan doesn’t include it. Any active changeset is automatically discarded.
- Excess API keys are disabled. If you have more active keys than the new plan allows, the oldest keys are disabled. You can re-enable them by revoking other keys to get under the limit.
- Version history retention changes. Versions older than the new plan’s retention period become inaccessible on the next cleanup cycle.
Free trial
Section titled “Free trial”All new installs start with a free trial period. During the trial, you have access to all Enterprise features. After the trial ends, you choose a plan to continue.
